MEET THE TEAM
Having spent many years working in the special events industry, I decided it was time to make a change that would put me on the right path to follow my dreams. I began my career working as a tent specialist at my families party rental company at the jersey shore. Learning the ins and outs of the tent world working on events for area casinos in Atlantic City, Rock the Dock concerts and the LPGA. I loved that side of the business but knew I wanted to learn every aspect of what goes into putting an event on.
I decided to move to look for opportunities in Philadelphia and received a position as a Catering Manager and On-Site Wedding Coordinator for a premiere Center City wedding venue in Philadelphia, PA. Then I became a Private Events Director, focusing on corporate events for a private business club in Center City. From there, with my extensive industry experience and determination, I knew it was the right time to develop my own company. Working in the special events industry for many years has allowed me to develop valuable relationships with top-notch vendors and to know what it takes to produce flawless events.
I believe that by forming a close relationship with the bride and groom, I’m able to understand their taste, style, and expectations for their special day. My focus is to design an event that will reflect the couple’s unique personality and create everlasting memories!
Congratulations as you venture on your amazing journey. I look forward to being part of it with you!
I have been working as a professional sound engineer since 1998. Working with my company, Audio gods live sound, and as the head audio tech, I have gained a vast knowledge of acoustics, sound equipment, and technology. So far in my career I have worked with all different sizes of concert levels from a small shows for 100 people, to being on the stage at Live 8 in Philadelphia in front of 1 Million, and on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial for HBO’s “We Are One” concert for Barak Obama on the eve of his first inauguration. I have also worked on television shows such as Good Morning America, the View, The Late Show with David Letterman, and The Today Show.
In addition to my background in audio, I have 20+ years of experience in custom woodworking, and construction. With schooling as a fine arts woodworking major in college, and my continued pursuit to master various construction methods and materials, I am able to build just about anything that a client can dream up. My team and I have completed projects using wood, metal, plastics, custom molded materials, and electrical components. past projects include chandeliers made from wagon wheels, or vintage sleds and toboggans, to custom metal lettering, and even a doughnut wall.
If you have a crazy idea for your next event, tell us about it, we would love to see if we can make your dream come to life.
Executing fun events for fabulous people is why I love Philadelphia's event industry. It is no secret that this city is home to some of the greatest people, after all we are the city of brotherly love. I contribute my success to building and maintaining connections with our clients on a personal level and believe it is one of the most important things when planning an event. My attention to detail and ability to problem solve in a minutes notice demonstrates my unique behind-the-scenes perspective.
I was guided to the event industry by my love of creativity, fashion, and romance. Since joining the DFW Event Design team in early 2016, my love of memory making has grown even more. When it comes to memory making, I strive to turn client's visions in to absolute realities.
What can I say? I love, love!!
