Michelle and Dan: An Intimate Affair at the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm

On July 7, 2017, we had the pleasure of being a part of Michelle and Dan's special day. Their intimate wedding featured their closest family and friends at the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm. We were so honored to be a part of the spectacular celebration of love for such an amazing couple.

Michelle and Dan got engaged in Paris, and the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm gave them the estate vibe they were looking for to bring Paris to their guests.

Their romantic ceremony took place behind the estate. We brought in our chandeliers and hung them over the custom arbor structure that Dan built. We finished the look by spreading rose petals down the isle. This romantic design turned out so beautiful!

After the ceremony, guests were guided to the back patio of the Inn for cocktails. Small details tied together perfectly in this space including a map of Paris, bar signs, and small floral arrangements. We installed market lighting over the entire space, which gave a magical finishing touch to this portion of the day.

Next, their guests were seated in the restaurant of the Inn for dinner. Their plates featured custom wood menu boards with a small bunch of dried lavender. The table featured flowing greens with pops of blush and white in the florals. Dinner was completed by a sparkler send off into the barn for dancing and dessert!

One of our favorite parts of the night was a surprise from Dan to Michelle. She loved a beautiful painting of a lavender field that had special meaning to them. When she entered the barn, a painting that she thought was sold, was perched up on a table waiting for her. This was such a special surprise that was captured so perfectly by Emily Wren Photography.

When guests first arrived, we had our LOVE marquee letters displayed with lights and greenery.

The barn at the Inn at Barley Sheaf is an amazing space for design. We took full advantage of this by installing market lighting with custom draping. We collaborated with Maggpie Vintage Furniture Rentals and Twisted Willow Flowers to make Michelle and Dan's vision come to life.

We ended the night dancing with the happy couple and some guests to "Don't Stop Believing"! Michelle and Dan, you were a pleasure to work with. We were so honored to be in the presence of so much love and happiness! We wish you the happiest of marriages and a lifetime of love!

With this wedding, we rolled out our "Event Styling" package. This package starts with a consultation to obtain a style vision for your wedding. From there, we assist in creating a decor budget and help to recommend vendors. Through the use of design boards, color-scheme development, stylist guidance, and procurement of design elements outside of vendor capabilities, we help to tie together the finishing touches of your wedding.

As a full-service event production company, we provide custom design elements, florals, draping and lighting. We also feature a custom wood shop that can create out-of-the-box visions that will wow your guests! To learn more about our event services, check out our "Services" tab on the homepage of our website.
